Alert log contains

ORA-01501: CREATE DATABASE failed

ORA-01991: invalid password file '/orahome/oracle/product/9.2.0/dbs/orapw'



$ cd $ORACLE_HOME/dbs

$ orapwd file=orapw password=sys
