While connecting to database on LAPTOP getting error
ORA-12546: TNS: permission denied
Observation
-------------------------
Antivirus was installed on the LAPTOP and it has got firewall which blocked the sqlplus
Added a rule to allow SQLPLUS in that firewall
Problem got resolved
