Windows keyboard shortcuts

 Windows provides a variety of keyboard shortcuts to enhance productivity and ease of use. Here are some common and useful Windows shortcuts:

General Shortcuts:

  • Ctrl + C: Copy the selected item.
  • Ctrl + X: Cut the selected item.
  • Ctrl + V: Paste the copied or cut item.
  • Ctrl + Z: Undo an action.
  • Ctrl + Y: Redo an action.
  • Ctrl + A: Select all items in a document or window.
  • Ctrl + S: Save the current document or file.
  • Ctrl + P: Print the current document or file.
  • Alt + Tab: Switch between open apps.
  • Alt + F4: Close the active item or exit the active app.
  • Win + D: Display and hide the desktop.
  • Win + L: Lock your PC.

Accessibility:

  • Win + Plus (+): Open Magnifier and zoom in.
  • Win + Minus (-): Zoom out in Magnifier.
  • Win + Esc: Exit Magnifier.
  • Win + U: Open Ease of Access Center.
  • Win + Enter: Open Narrator.

Command Prompt:

  • Ctrl + C: Copy selected text.
